Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. The work involves the development and certification of a pool of qualified SIYB trainers. Those trainers will be responsible for cascading the SIYB training to micro and small, medium enterprises (MSMEs) and aspiring individuals. The initiative aims to enhance business management skills and promote long-term business sustainability among MSMEs and individuals who want to start their businesses in the future. As part of this effort, a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme will be conducted for 25 potential female trainers delivered in person mode of training. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
