SCOPE OF WORKThe Sustainable Energy Hub (SEH) is seeking a professional video production company to develop a series of short-form explainer videos. These videos will support UNDP’s communications and capacity development objectives, focusing on sustainable energy and the just energy transition. There will be 8 videos in total, each between 2 to 3 minutes in length.The production company is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of these recordings in the final edited videos. Visual elements such as motion graphics, infographics, and animations should enhance comprehension and engage audiences effectively.The specific scope of work includes: ·       Script Refinement: Collaborate with the SEH team to refine and finalize draft scripts for the 8 videos. Scripts must be clear, concise, and timed to fit within the 2 to 3 minute duration.  ·       Studio Recording of One Speaker: Organize and conduct a high-quality studio filming session in New York with one UNDP-provided speaker. The session should be completed in 4 to 5 working days. The contractor must ensure professional audio capture and visual consistency in framing, lighting, and background, or apply intentionally distinct styles where appropriate. A professional-grade studio space must be provided or rented by the contractor.·       Motion Graphics and Visual Integration: Design and animate motion graphics aligned with UNDP branding. Each video will include multiple simple animated data visualizations and graphic elements, consistent with reference videos shared by SEH.·       Video Editing and Audio Production: Edit video and audio from recordings, integrate motion graphics and stock videos, apply color correction, and master audio. Add background music and ensure clear synchronization and pacing.·       Subtitles and Accessibility: Each video must include English subtitles, provided both as embedded text and separate SRT files, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and optimization for mobile and web playback. The contractor will also prepare localized versions in six languages — English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, and one additional language — by adding translated subtitles and adjusting on-screen text and motion graphics for each version as needed. All localized versions will retain the original English narration track.·       Final Delivery: Deliver master versions in high-resolution MP4 format (1080p) and alternate formats for web and social media, in each localized language. Provide all working files and raw footage. The production company is expected to work closely with the SEH communications and content teams, incorporating feedback at all stages and ensuring timely delivery of all components.  Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
