In this context, Better Work Pakistan will hold an internal planning session together with a capacity development for the staff teamwork, cooperation and collaboration. The primary objective of this activity is to strengthen internal coordination, enhance team communication, and align all Better Work Pakistan staff on upcoming priorities and deliverables. The meeting will bring team members from 3 offices (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi) together for work planning for the 2nd phase of Better Work Pakistan which will be commencing in April 2026. The goals of these facilitated sessions are: 1. To offer BWP team members an opportunity to voice existing strengths, possible issues, identify possible solutions and how to implement these. 2. For individuals to learn and practice tools that foster open and collaborative communication. 3. For individuals to improve self-worth in contributing toward the programme as well as acknowledging the value of the contribution of others in the programme. 4. Improved alignment on the importance and urgency of creating a culture of open communication & collaboration as well as individual and mutual acknowledgement and appreciation 5. Improved trust amongst participants allowing for better teamwork and collaboration.
