RFQ-2025-15 Junior Governance Consultant. Only Individual Consultant required (no Companies). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFQ) is for UNAIDS to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor as ‘Junior Governance Consultant’ who will provide high-quality support to the Governance Director and Senior Adviser, assisting in the drafting, editing, and coordination of official reports, summaries, and governance-related materials. The role will enhance the clarity and accessibility of governance documents, ensuring alignment with UNAIDS’ transparency and accountability standards. Planned timelines: Start date: 01/07/2025; End date: 31/12/2025 Total duration: Approx. 132 working days, assuming 22 working days/month. Work to be performed: 1. Strengthen governance processes of the PCB Bureau and PCB Chair through high-quality preparation, documentation, and coordination support. 2. Provide technical and drafting support to key strategic governance initiatives, including the Global AIDS Strategy, UBRAF, and the 2025 ECOSOC Resolution. 3. Provide dedicated coordination and drafting support to the Governance Director and Senior Adviser for effective delivery of the Governance Team’s workplan.
