The required services are split in 2 Lots: a) LOT 1 – Hosting and maintenance of an externally hosted, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Learning Management System (LMS) based on Moodle for the OSCE; and b) LOT 2 - Migration of existing courses and related data from the current OpenEdX platform to the new LMS.
