RFQ-2025-05 Lenacapavir PrEP Introduction Framework. The purpose of this RFQ is to select a suitable contractor to provide technical support to produce an introduction framework for Lenacapavir as pre-exposure (PrEP) for national and sub-national HIV programme managers and HIV technical working groups. The framework will provide comprehensive guidance and a template for national and subnational introduction of Lenacapavir and will cover the planning and budgeting, registration and supply chain management, PrEP delivery platforms, individual uptake and effective use, and monitoring. The bidder shall be an individual or consortium of individuals, public institution, company or NGO operating in the field of Public Health, with proven expertise in HIV prevention. Duration : From 1 April 2025 to 16 June 2025 for approximately 20 consultancy days. The objectives are: 1. Develop a concise, publication ready framework that includes: - An executive summary (1-2 pages that could be used as a standalone summary) - Comprehensive step by step guidance for countries on the introduction of LEN, covering all major steps including, but not limited to, planning and budgeting, registration and supply chain management, PrEP delivery platforms, individual uptake and effective use, and monitoring. - Suggested templates, links and/or appropriate resources - Suggested infographic mock-ups 2. Based on the report, and with feedback from the technical officer, develop a slide deck of no more than 20 slides.
