The expert will be responsible for drawing up an exhaustive list of social protection programmes and social security law (including implementing regulation) applicable in Turkmenistan and carrying out a comparative assessment between the national legislation, and, to the extent possible, practice and the requirements and principles set out by the ILO Convention No. 102.
