Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Consultant's work will involve conducting thorough desk review, a comprehensive analysis of survey data from 629 establishments and 463 employees across five key sectors, supplemented by 19 Key Informant Interviews and 10 Focus Group Discussions. Using analytical software such as Excel or SPSS for data processing and Power BI for visualization, the final deliverables include a full research report and a policy brief adhering to ILO style guidelines, a concise 2-3-page summary brief, and a 10- 15 slide PowerPoint presentation featuring integrated Power BI data visualizations.
