The purpose of this APW is to support the WHO Division of Pacific Technical Support (DPS) with graphic design and/or animation services. This includes adapting and designing a suite of communication products that are visually appropriate to the cultural context of the Pacific island countries and areas (PICs) based on WHO-provided content briefs and plans.
