United Nations Procurement Division (UNPD) is seeking suitably qualified companies for the provision of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to perform miscellaneous repairs and replacements of the East River Water Intake at United Nations Headquarters (UNHQ), located at 405 East 42nd Street, New York, NY. The focus of this project is on the interior inlet sluice gates, seals and contact surfaces, repairs of spalling concrete, replacement of metal ladders and the replacement of angle brackets. Duration: All repairs must be executed during the chiller plant system shutdown in the winter of 2024-2025, with final certificate of completion to be achieved by the end of the 1st quarter of 2025. More information will be provided in the Solicitation Document. This will be a "one-off" contract for the duration of the services. The UN reserves the right to issue the final solicitation documents only to those prospective Vendors that respond to the EOI, and are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission.
