Esse processo de Expressão de Interesse tem como objetivo identificar Pessoas Jurídicas que sejam capazes de fornecer/produzir insumos técnico-científicos especializados que integrem as dimensões teórica, informacional e de políticas públicas e que sejam utilizados para subsidiar os debates realizados no âmbito do Grupo Permanente de Análise de Conjuntura do Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário e Agricultura Familiar (GPAC/MDA). A expectativa é de que sejam entregues 7 trabalhos de 10 a 15 páginas que busquem qualificar o trabalho do MDA e apoiar a criação de estratégias para: fortalecer a agricultura familiar e democratizar o acesso à terra; impulsionar a produção de alimentos saudáveis para o povo brasileiro; promover o bem-estar das populações do campo, das águas e das florestas. Temas específicos para cada artigo serão definidos pelos membros do GPAC. Além da preparação dos documentos, a contratada também apoiará o MDA na promoção da participação de especialistas com considerável experiência, que podem contribuir para os debates com recomendações e diferentes perspectivas sobre como apoiar os processos de decisão e formulação de políticas do MDA. The purpose of this Expression of Interest process is to identify legal entities that are capable of providing/producing specialized technical and scientific inputs that integrate theoretical, informational and public policy dimensions and that can be used to support the debates held within the scope of the Permanent Group for Analysis of Current Situations of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Family Farming (GPAC/MDA). The expectation is that 7 papers of 10 to 15 pages will be submitted that seek to qualify the work of the MDA and support the creation of strategies to: strengthen family farming and democratize access to land; boost the production of healthy food for the Brazilian people; promote the well-being of rural, water and forest populations. Specific topics for each paper will be defined by the members of the GPAC. In addition to preparing the documents, the contractor will also support the MDA in promoting the participation of experts with considerable experience, who can contribute to the debates with recommendations and different perspectives on how to support the MDA's decision-making and policy-making processes.
