Dear Bidders,  The World Health Organization (WHO), Country Office Pakistan, invites  suppliers to submit offers in response to Invitation to Bid (ITB/PAK/WHO/PROC/2025/029) for the supply of laboratory items, including: Lot 1: RDTs, VTMs, IPC and other consumables (urgent delivery required) Lot 2: Sequencing Kits Lot 3: Laboratory Equipment Lot 4: Miscellaneous Laboratory Consumables Closing Date: 24 September 2025 at 16:00 hours (Pakistan local time). Submission: Complete technical and financial offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope labelled with the bid reference, bid name and company name, along with a USB containing the editable Excel file (Annex 1). Incoterm: Incoterms DAP, WHO Warehouse Islamabad. Delivery: Please note that urgent delivery of Lot 1 is required for emergency purposes and the soonest delivery will be preferable.  For other 3 Lots, delivery should be as soon as possible. Preference will be given to the shortest delivery time.  Clarifications: Any clarification requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than 18 September 2025.
