REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Mobile Health Clinic Services – Provision of Mobile Health Clinic Services (Medical Primary Health Check, Awareness and Provision of Supplies)To provide and carry out a mobile health clinic service for Fugalei, Savalalo Fish Market and Salelologa Markets targeting 200 market vendors in total.The Mobile Health Clinic should provide the following services:i. Free health consultation and testing (NCDs, STIs, Family Planning, and relevant primary health care screening)ii. Free health packages (hand sanitizer, box of mask, awareness materials, sanitary pads) for every market vendor who completes a consultation and/or testing. iii. Conduct initial discussions with UNDP, and relevant government partner agencies managing the different market sites, MVAs, ACC, SLRC to acquire information to inform the scope and parameters and the expected results of the service provided. iv. Take the lead on coordinating and engaging with key stakeholders including relevant NGO and government authorities, to execute the primary health care service ie. obtain necessary permissions and support for service delivery onsite.v. Ensure data collected captures vendor demographics (disaggregated by sex, gender, age, disability, village, type of service whilst maintaining confidentiality and privacy of clients. vi. Prepare and submit a final Report (in English) on implementation of the assignment, methodology, and presentation of key results, data analysis from a GEDSI mainstreaming approach, and recommendations. Ensuring the following key indicators are captured. • Number of market vendors reached through the health clinic services• Number of market vendors reporting increased access to health services• Number of market vendors referred for further health or social service-related support.  Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
