Although debt is but one of the many problems plaguing Mozambique’s Macro-Fiscal situations and is more of an effect itself, coming from a previous fiscal shock (the reform the salary scale of 2022), it remains a key element to be addressed to ensure that the state can maintain and improve service delivery for children. Following this logic, UNICEF is seeking the services of an experienced team of consultants to support its engagement with government and development partners on selected debt-related issues.
