REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SERVICES Ref: LRPS No. 2026-9205166 UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for “Storage, distribution, installation of 30 Ice Lined Refrigerators (ILR) and 50 Deep Freezers (DF) procured with UNICEF Assistance, under OCV Package for Cold Chain capacity Improvement of EPI, DGHS.” 1. Request for Proposal United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the abovementioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein. 2. Submission of Technical and Financial Proposal: 3.1 Technical Proposal: in a pdf format. Please follow the proposal writing format provided in Annex-B and C in the proposal (after page 28 of the RFP).  Financial Proposal: both in pdf format (duly signed) and excel format.  Both pdf & excel version should be password protected. Please follow the format for financial proposal in Annex-D. If Technical and Financial proposals are prepared as one document, the submission will be disqualified. It will not be accepted as a valid submission. 4. Submission Deadline and Mode of Bid Submission The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: Due date: Wednesday, 12 August 2026 Local Dhaka Time: 11:00 hours (GMT 6+) The responses of this LRPS should be submitted ONLY to the email ID: [email protected]; no staff members should be copied in that email. Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail.
