Description of the Assignment The contracted institution firm will work under the supervision of the Social Policy Specialist in the UNICEF Country Office in Azerbaijan and in close cooperation with DOST Digital Innovations Center under MLSPP. The team will combine diverse skills and expertise to ensure a comprehensive approach. This includes quantitative data analysis to develop a disaster risk index, proficiency in qualitative methodologies for conducting key informant interviews and programming expertise for designing a web-based application. The assignment is structured into four phases, each with specific tasks and deliverables as outlined below.
