The consultant will provide specialized training and technical assistance to the Chamber of Accounts, focusing on public sector accounting, auditing standards, and financial reporting. This assignment aims to strengthen institutional frameworks, enhance audit competencies, and promote transparency and accountability in public financial management, in line with international standards such as IPSAS, IFRS, and ISSAI.Country:   Timor-Leste Description of the Assignment:  Individual Consultant – Public Accounting Expert Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
