Dear Sir/Madam, The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite you to submit a Proposal to Support Model Labour Law Curriculum Development and Research Training, ILO CO Dhaka/LAWC/ADWIB Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Desk Review: Analyze existing curricula, ILS resources, and feedback from university workshops previously organized. Prepare an inception report on methodology to facilitate a workshop to co create 1) a model curriculum for labour law, which integrate ILS, and 2) ToT programme with universities in Bangladesh • Bootcamp: Stakeholder Engagement and workshop facilitation during the first week of September 2025 (tentatively 31 August – 4 September 2025): o Conduct consultations with university faculty members, UGC and national experts o Collaborative Drafting: Work with ILO and university teams to co-develop curriculum content and training modules. You may submit a Proposal to the ILO provided that your organization is qualified, able and willing to deliver the services specified in this Rfx. Participation in this Rfx indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts. Failure to comply with the requirements of this Rfx and its Annexes may render a proposal ineligible for consideration. We look forward to receiving your Proposal.
