The objective of this External Collaboration contract is to engage a consultant to conduct a gap analysis of the Palau legislative framework around the Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29) and the national legal framework in Palau. The outcome will identify gaps and areas which Palau may address to move towards consistency with international labour standards.
