INVITATION TO SUBMIT A BID (ITB) FROM THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION, REGIONAL OFFICE FOR THE WESTERN PACIFIC The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to seek for qualified vendors to supply and install the required replacement and upgrade of Audio-Visual Equipment at the Conference Hall and Meeting Rooms 210 and 212. All technical specifications and full documentation must be submitted by the same means. Offers submitted by other methods shall not be considered. Validity of Offer:  Offers should be valid for a period of no less than 90 days and preferably for a period as long as possible.  WHO reserves the right to place similar orders for other destinations at a later stage within the validity period subject to acceptance by the supplier.
