The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Summary of work: The overall objective is to strengthen employers’ capacity and labour governance in Thailand’s seafood and fishing sectors by updating, user-friendly, and context-specific SGLP supported by practical training methodologies and tools, and fishing vessels COC to enhance employers understanding and compliance with labour standards and due diligence. The consultant will undertake analytical, facilitation, technical development and training tasks on: - Stakeholder consultation and the development of needs assessment - Technical update of SGLP manual including self-assessment and due diligence tools - Development of training of trainers (TOT) curriculum including participatory training materials and training delivery - One TOT training - Two pilot trainings delivery - Technical update of fishing vessels Code of Conduct, based on the ILO/NFAT CoC developed since 2013, to revise content to reflect the current law and policy changes and meet international standards and develop tool to assist employers in complying with legal requirement - Synthesis of Lessons learned report If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.
