The ILO will recruit a National Consultant to provide technical support and guidance to the delivery of market-driven quality-assured skills development programme in cooperation with the local public and private training providers, employers, and workers' organisations. S/he will provide technical support to the project team and partners. The contracted consultant will report to the National Project Manager (Skills) and work under the overall supervision of Head of ILO Project Office in Cox’s Bazar. The ILO team will provide oversight and quality assurance and carry out a performance evaluation at the end of the assignment.
