Through this Request for Quotations, IOM seeks a service provider to conduct four (4) expenditure verification exercises for EU Election Observation Missions (EU EOMs) in Sri Lanka, Jordan, Bolivia, and Colombia. These missions involve significant operational scale, each deploying between approximately 120 and 140 personnel, including IOM staff and consultants, EU Core Team members, national staff, and Long- and Short-Term Observers. The missions are implemented over an average period of 3 to 4 months, with the Colombia mission extending to approximately 14 weeks.
