The purpose of the assignment is to conduct external ex-post appraisals of all ILO independent projects and provide an integrated analysis of the results (overall results and Gender and Disability UN-SWAP dimensions). Scope of work The assignment scope refers to project evaluations completed in 2025. At project level, the assignment will complete the QAs of 34 evaluation reports not yet appraised. Overall, the annual report will cover 50 QAs (16 already completed and 34 that remain to be done under this assignment). a) QA reports of 34 evaluation reports in English, French or Spanish developed in an Excel template, provided by EVAL, and fed into a Kobo toolbox database. b) An aggregated report of the 50 QAs of evaluation reports completed in 2025.
