The main objective of the assignment is to oversee and monitor the projects’ implementation agreements in the central and northern governorates. This is to ensure that implementing partners are complying with the technical rules and regulations, agreement conditions, workplan, and providing documentation on time. The Field Civil Engineer will be selected to help put into action the activities identified for each component. More generally, s/he will oversee, monitor, and supervise the employment intensive investment activities within the above – mentioned governorates.   In collaboration with local authorities, technical agencies, UN agencies and local communities, and under close supervision and guidance of the ILO Senior National Officer Infrastructure Engineer, the Field Civil Engineer will engage in a number of activities Further details can be found in the attached TOR.
