In line with IOM’s commitment to strengthening staff capacity and presence in high-level forums, public engagements, and multilateral coordination spaces, the Organization seeks to enhance the public speaking skills of its personnel. Many IOM staff members are called upon to represent the Organization in various internal and external settings, including donor meetings, panel discussions, high-level conferences, and interactions with beneficiaries and UN country teams.
