Request for clarifications may be sent at iomburunditenders no later than Monday October 28, 2024 before 1pm (Burundi time). Quotations may be submitted electronically at [email protected] before 2pm on Monday November 4th, 2024 (Burundi time). Kindly read carefully all information and instructions enclosed in the attached RFQ document and the pertained Annexes. Quotations sent without signed Company profile (only for new vendors with IOM Burundi) and bidders declaration forms will be rejected. Failing to meet the deadline, your Quotation will not be accepted. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for IOM’s action.
