It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of PHARMACEUTICALS and MEDICAL EQUIPMENT- In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. 1.Introduction   Supply the ICC Medical office at the Court in The Hague with pharmaceutical supplies (stock and refills), medical equipment, pre-packed individual Travel Medical Kits and Field Medical Team Kits (‘Pax'-bags). See attached lists for details.   Ensure delivery to the Court in The Hague of Last minute orders for pharmaceutical and medical supplies, pre-filled Individual Travel Medical Kits and Field Medical Team Kits ('Pax'-bags) if necessary within a 24-36hrs time frame.   Provide the Medical office in The Hague with pre-packed pharmaceuticals for stock and refill of individual Travel Medical Kits in re-closable mini plastic bags with pharmaceutical content.   Description and instruction labels on medication mini plastic bags in English and French.   A yearly supply of approx. 20.000 tablets of atovaquone/proguanil (generic) will be required.   Provide disposal of expired medical supplies and pharmaceuticals   Be accredited in The Netherlands for (international) delivery and supply of prescription drugs, pharmaceuticals and emergency medical equipment for off shore operations and seafaring ships' dispensaries (‘Scheepsapotheek).   Comply with EMA pharmaceuticals guidelines .   Abide by rigorous temperature control in the cold chain; and maintenance of adequate logistics management information systems.    Be based in the EU.   ICC will choose the solution that can fit most of its current and future requirements
