The UNHCR China PSP team is seeking to engage a qualified consulting service provider to support its resource mobilization activities in mainland China. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring that UNHCR’s fundraising and partnership efforts are fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations in the mainland Chinese context.  Service period:  a Frame Agreement will be signed for the period of October 2025 until end of September 2026, with possibility to extend twice for the period of one year each, subject to satisfactory performance.  In total a 3-year frame agreement. Each renewal phase will be subject to a formal performance review and mutual agreement between both parties, The below phases are tentative dates, upon contract approval and award the final date phases will be confirmed accordingly.   Phase 1: 1 October 2025 – 30 September 2026 (Initial Term)  Phase 2: 1 October 2026 – 30 September 2027 (First Renewal Option)  Phase 3: 1 October 2027 – 30 September 2028 (Second Renewal Option)  The successful bidder will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the entire duration of the initial contract term.  Please find attached in Annex A additional information about the services required Terms of Reference (TOR).
