Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment aims to assess the capacity and needs of selected VET institutions providing HoReCa-related qualifications to deliver structured, inclusive and labour-market-responsive career guidance services. The assessment will examine existing guidance practices, institutional resources, and cooperation with employers and sector stakeholders supporting students’ transition to employment and entrepreneurship. Based on the findings, the External Collaborator will provide practical recommendations to strengthen career guidance services and inform the development of career guidance centres within beneficiary institutions under the HoReCa Kosovo project.
