The purpose of the assignment is to help strengthen Ghana’s education systems to improve student learning. This will be through the conduct of quantitative and qualitative data collection in a sample of 32 Ghanaian schools in a single district, in close collaboration with the MoE and the Ghana Education Service (GES).
