Background The United Nations World Food Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “WFP”), with its Headquarters located in Via C.G. Viola, 68/70, 00148 Rome, Italy, is the leading humanitarian organization saving lives and changing lives, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience by assisting almost 100 million people in around 83 countries each year. About 17,000 people work for the organization, most of them in remote areas, directly serving the hungry poor. The WFP Ukraine Country office seeks qualified and experienced suppliers for the supply and delivery of Kitchen Equipment to support WFP School Feeding project in Ukraine. General requirements Interested vendors must meet the following minimum criteria: Ability to deliver to the following regions: Sumy, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts. Capability to supply high-quality goods in the following categories: LOT 1. Six-level boiler-type combi oven (for 6 GN 1/1 gastronorm trays) LOT 2. Electric stove with 4–6 cast-iron burners, 300×300 mm LOT 3. Hood-type dishwasher with adjustable thermostat and 500×500 mm washing racks LOT 4. Electric vegetable cutter for slicing raw and boiled vegetables, equipped with a removable lid with two openings; 300 kg/hour capacity with a set of discs LOT 5. Electric food-boiling kettle with a 60-liter capacity The purpose of this EOI The purpose of this request for EOI is to identify qualified vendors with technical and financial capacity to Supply and deliver kitchen equipment. Shortlisted companies will be invited to participate in the subsequent formal tender process.
