Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks an External Collaborator to provide strategic advisory support under the STREAM Programme to advance a coherent South Asian agenda on migrant-inclusive social protection across the South Asia–GCC corridor. The consultant will provide peer review and advisory inputs to policy proposals on repositioning unilateral measures and strengthening migrant-inclusive social protection in South Asia, ensuring stronger contextualisation to regional political economy dynamics, policy priorities and institutional realities. The assignment will also support articulation of a shared South Asian vision and coordinated regional policy priorities on social protection for migrant workers, including through targeted consultations and development of a regional stakeholder engagement strategy to identify key actors, opportunities and constraints shaping reform processes. In addition, the consultant will contribute to the design and technical framing of regional exchanges under the STREAM Programme, helping advance dialogue on closing protection gaps for key contingencies and vulnerable groups, while reinforcing alignment with international labour standards and promoting stronger corridor-level coordination and regional ownership. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
