Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Transition to Formality Program (TFP) is implemented by the ILO Office for Türkiye and Social Security Institution (SGK). This incentive programme includes administrative and financial support for employers to apply for work permits and covers social security contributions for up to six months. To support the effective implementation of the TFP, the ILO Office for Türkiye will assign a Project Support Team (PST) composed of consultants (one senior consultant and three junior consultants) based in Ankara to provide technical assistance and support daily programme operations. The senior consultant who will be based at the SGK premises in Ankara, will work under the direct supervision of the SGK Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and act as the operational and technical support unit for the PIU. The senior consultant will report to the SGK Project Coordinator and serve as the primary liaison between the PIU and the PST, ensuring smooth implementation of daily activities.
