The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Office in the United Arab Emirates, intends to identify and pre-qualify qualified service providers for future collaboration. This process aims to shortlist companies with proven experience in personnel administration services, particularly in pipeline/talent research, headhunting, and personnel administration to support Face-to-Face (F2F) donor acquisition operations across the region.
