Dear Sir/Madam, The World Health Organization (WHO) is seeking offers to conduct a 6 training workshops on “Child medical record and CCD”, duration of 3 days for each training starting 31 March till 16 June 2026, at Ministry of Health (MOH) in Amman and one at Ministry of Health (MOH) in Aqaba. On this regard, your respected company is invited to submit an offer that matches all requirements and terms of reference. Please find attached the RFQ as the information in the TOR will be included in the RFP. 2. Please find attached the Budget breakdown sheet (excel sheet) to kindly fill it and return it back to us. 3. Please note that WHO is exempted from 16% of sales tax. 4. Kindly note that you must fill in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) to consider your offer (Forms A, B, and C). 6.
