The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks a consultant to ensure a seamless project exit for the rural transport infrastructure component of the EU-STREIT Program in Papua New Guinea (PNG), valued at USD 22.3 million within a USD 89.8 million initiative. The program enhances rural livelihoods in East Sepik and Sandaun Provinces through rehabilitated transport infrastructure (207 km of roads, 5 No. airstrips, 215 km of waterways, etc.) to support cocoa, vanilla, and fisheries value chains, emphasizing climate resilience and employment-intensive methods.
