The overall objective of the assignment is developing an actuarial training package to strengthen the capacity of NOSI officials, including the technical actuarial team and the policy makers, to conduct actuarial analyses and effectively use the results for decision-making. More specifically, the training package will be composed of complementary modules, delivered online and via in-person trainings, to deepen participants’ understanding of the importance and objectives of actuarial valuations, the data required, and the use of the ILO pension model, among other factors.
