Dear Bidder, The ILO Office Kabul invites qualified individual consultants to submit proposals for the assignment titled “Professional Editing of ILO Assessment Reports”. As part of its Decent Work mandate, the ILO has completed several technical and policy-oriented assessments covering labour market diagnostics, entrepreneurship opportunities, and inclusive economic development. The reports have undergone technical review and now require professional editing to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with the ILO House Style Manual (Sixth Edition) for publication. The assignment involves editing and formatting a total of six reports (approx. 420 pages combined), including the following: Decent Work Diagnostics Assessment Report (80 pages) Decent Work Strategic Guidance Note (20 pages) Two Entrepreneurship Opportunity Mapping Reports (80 pages total) Two Inclusive Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Analysis Reports (130 pages total) The consultancy will be conducted remotely between 12 November and 10 December 2025, and payment will be made upon satisfactory completion and approval of all deliverables.
