An online bid conference will be held on Thursday, 16 April 2026 at 02:00 PM (Copenhagen time) to demonstrate procurement objectives, requirements and answer Bidder’s clarification. Bidders wishing to participate in the bid conference must confirm their interest by emailing Ms. Ying Solem ([email protected]) with copy to Ms. Tine Schmidt Olsen ([email protected]) by 13 April 2026 to receive the meeting details. Questions to be addressed during the conference should also be submitted to the same contacts no later than 13 April 2026 to enable consolidation of clarifications.   IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
