The scope of the service agreement is the provision of consultancy services related to the assessment and evaluation of the HVAC system of the Headquarter Premises of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands. The Court has moved into its new Headquarter Premises in 2015. The Court’s Headquarter Building has an overall useful space of 54,000 m2 and is equipped with state of the art installations. The building has an office part for 1,200 staff, three courtrooms including cell areas, a conference centre, staff and visitors restaurant, library and media centre, exhibition centre, warehouse, a mirror pond, parking space and extensive landscape. The building is divided into public, secured and highly secured areas. The ICC envisages that the contract will include but, is not limited to the following services: Phase 1: HVAC-related measurements for typical office floors, the court areas and the conference centre, including establishment of action plan and cost estimation; Phase 2: Overall assessment of the HVAC system of the whole building for maximum staffing capacity, including establishment of action plan and cost estimation; Phase 3: Sustainability improvements of the system with cost estimation. The ICC is looking for a consultancy partner that is capable of providing the aforementioned services. The consultancy partner shall meet the following criteria to ensure that reports and advice will be provided from an experienced and objective position.
