Dear Bidders, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual (External Collaborator) to undertake work as a National Consultant. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The External Collaborator (EXCOL) will work under the supervision of the evaluation team leader (international consultant) on the independent final evaluation of the Better Work Pakistan (BWP) Programme (pilot phase 2022-25). The national consultant will assist the evaluation team leader to conduct initial interviews with Country Office Officers that have led the project. The national consultant will mainly conduct data collection through field missions in the country. The national consultant will support the evaluation team leader in drafting the evaluation report, and in incorporating the comments received from the ILO and key stakeholders in the final evaluation report. The evaluator team will finalize the final evaluation report. The evaluator team will present the findings of impact assessment at the validation workshop. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
