Qualification Criteria for Bidders (Must) 1- Legal Registration and Local Presence: The bidder must be a legally registered company in Iraq with a valid business license issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Trade or relevant local authority. 2- A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in providing IT solutions, including platform development, AI integration, or telecommunications equipment supply in Iraq or the Middle East region. 3- Demonstrated experience in delivering similar projects (e.g., digital platforms, hardware supply, or technical support) to international organizations, government entities, or large private sector clients
