Scope of Work Platform Development and Integration Coding and programming of a platform with content management, data analytics, and reporting features. Integration of AI functionalities, including data analysis, archiving, and retrieval systems. Linkage of platform with AI components for enhanced content processing, user alerts, and data retrieval. Equipment 4 MSI GP63 8RF laptops (Intel i7, NVIDIA graphics, dual-storage). Network and power accessories (Ethernet cables, HDMI cables, power strips, RJ45 jacks, USB 3.0 cables, electric power storage devices). Hosting and Security One-year server hosting with 2TB data transfer capacity and 1Gbit uplink speed. Installation of integrated security software on servers and workstations. Implementation of advanced security protocols to protect against breaches and cyber threats. Training and Support Comprehensive staff training on platform management, navigation, content management, and AI tool usage. One-year technical support and maintenance for all software and hardware components.
