United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit their technical and financial proposal as follows:   The procurement will consist of three main components. Consulting services include designing and managing a global call for artist proposals, selecting three international artists in collaboration with UNESCO, and supporting them through a six-month virtual residency (Dec 2025–Jun 2026). Expected outputs are commissioned digital artworks on AI ethics, mentoring sessions, coordination with UNESCO’s Ethics of AI Unit, public presentations at the Global Forum in June 2026, and both physical and online exhibitions. The contractor should have proven experience in managing international artist residencies, commissioning and supporting digital art projects, organizing exhibitions, and moderating panels. Goods will cover digital exhibition infrastructure (such as hosting platforms and audiovisual equipment), communication and promotional materials, and logistical items required for exhibitions, with quantities depending on final needs. Works will focus on organizing and hosting a physical exhibition of the three commissioned digital artworks, including exhibition setup, installation, and display arrangements, as well as producing a parallel online showcase to ensure global access Please refer to the attached Procurement Notice Form on how to proceed.
