CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) for FIELD ENUMERATORS (NATIONAL CONSULTANT) The National Statistics Office (NSO) in collaboration with International Labour Organization (ILO) is in the process of conducting Nepal Labour Force Survey 2024/25 (NLFS-IV). As part of this collaboration, ILO is supporting NSO to select and recruit 50 (fifty) data enumerators who shall be mobilized in the field for data collection from around 18,000 households across Nepal. Therefore, the ILO Country Office for Nepal is looking for qualified Nepali citizens interested to work as enumerators for the NSO. The NLFS-IV survey will be conducted in all 7 provinces and consisting of both urban and rural municipalities. The allocation of working provinces and municipalities for each enumerator will be decided by the NSO. The enumerators shall be trained for data collection and for using electronic gadget to conduct the survey. Job Title: Enumerator Education: 10+2 pass (preferably with mathematics/statistics as major) Experience: Engagement as enumerator in minimum 1 household survey (preferably in national household surveys like NLFS, NLSS or Nepal Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey) Contract type: National Consultant Duration: Initially for 9 months with possibility of extension for additional 4 months (in total 13 months) Duty Station: Assigned municipalities/PSUs Closing date: 13 December 2024 (17:00 hrs, Nepal Time) Appointment and duration are subject to availability of funding Submission of Application: Interested candidates may submit their application addressed to The Director, ILO Country Office for Nepal, Dhobighat, Nayabato, Lalitpur, P.O.
