Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed This assignment involves an analysis of claims data processed under the Unified Health Insurance Policy in Oman from 2022 to 2025, using 78 datasets. The work includes a basic data quality assessment to evaluate completeness, consistency, and validity, with findings summarized in a results note. Descriptive statistics will be produced to analyze claim volumes, expenditures, and frequency distributions by healthcare intervention, benefit package, provider type, sex, age, nationality, and insured individual (principal or dependant). The analysis will cover approved, denied, and rejected claims, and calculate average claim amounts, dispersion, and utilization rates. Trend analysis will identify annual trends in claims frequency, volume, and cost. Results will be presented in a short note with summary tables and 1–2 visualizations per disaggregation level (columns, bars, or pie charts), alongside a detailed Excel file to be submitted to the ILO.
