Country: Bosnia and Herzegovina Description of the Assignment:  Under the guidance of the UNDP BiH Project Coordinator, the Expert will review and improve the existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Institute for Missing Persons of BiH (IMP) for its operational teams involved in exhuming the mortal remains of war crimes victims. In addition, the Expert will develop a workshop module focusing on the criminal aspects of the processes involved in the search for missing persons and a platform for interactive discussion and work with investigators during the workshop. Period of assignment/services: 5 working days over the period October 2024 – November 2024 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
