The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) invites qualified language translation service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the translation of HR communications from English to French. Scope of Services: • Translate monthly HR newsletters (~2000 words) and up to four HR memos. • Ensure accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and consistency with the original tone. • Deliver translations within three working days and revise based on feedback. • Maintain confidentiality and data protection. Objectives: • Enhance accessibility of HR communications for French-speaking staff. • Ensure timely and professional delivery of materials. Eligibility: • Proven experience in HR-related translations for international organizations or UN agencies. • Native French speakers with strong English proficiency. • Commitment to confidentiality and data security. Deliverables: • Translated newsletters and memos delivered on time each month. Contract Details: • Duration: Until project completion. • Volume: One newsletter and up to four memos per month.
