The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) seeks to pre-qualify a limited number of organizations —hereinafter referred to as Service Provider(s)—with demonstrated technical, operational, and institutional capacity to support large-scale baseline data collection for the project “Adapting Philippine Agriculture to Climate Change (APA)”, funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF). The assignment is for an impact evaluation and will support FAO’s Office of Evaluation (OED) by establishing robust baseline values for selected GCF core and project-specific performance indicators, thereby informing subsequent impact evaluations and learning processes. Pre-qualified Service Providers may subsequently be invited to submit technical and financial proposals through a competitive solicitation process.
