UNICEF Viet Nam wishes to establish Long Term Arrangements (LTA) with qualified Financial Service Providers (FSPs) based in Viet Nam that can deliver cash transfer programmes supported by UNICEF to eligible beneficiaries within selected geographical areas in Viet Nam. UNICEF requires an end-to-end service that provides both a delivery platform and guarantees the availability of physical cash at the desired locations, or through bank account, or pre-paid bank cards or mobile cash. The solution(s) UNICEF is looking for should cover all the geographical areas of Viet Nam, being urban or rural areas.
